SITE REINDUSTRIALIZATION
Cost-Benefit Analysis of Material/Recycle Stream Options at PORTS (Year 1)
Provided a third-party review of cost-benefit analyses for material/recycle stream options performed by the PORTS site contractor as part of its Decontamination and Decommissioning activities. The review analyzed the Cost Benefit Analysis approach and recycle/reuse determination of the contractor including verification of model inputs and analysis of two material/recycle streams.
Ohio University established an approach to ensure a thorough clinical review of the submitted Cost Benefit Analysis was completed. The analysis was based on volumetric and cost benefit data provided by the PORTS site contractor.
